Madrid Pride or Orgullo Gay de Madrid as it’s known locally, is the largest LGBT event in Europe, every year, attracting millions of revellers to the streets of the Spanish capital!
Held on the weekend immediately following June 28, the International Day of LGBT Pride, the parade is held in the heart of the city, usually beginning at Atocha train station (Madrid’s largest) and finishing at the iconic Plaza de Colón, whilst the preceding days feature a vibrant array of parties, events and concerts from a host of world-renowned artists and musicians!
