New Sleeper Train Startup Aims to Connect 100+ European Cities by 2035
Berlin-based startup Nox plans to launch overnight trains connecting over 100 European cities by 2035, starting as soon as 2027. Nox plans routes to cities like Barcelona, Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Budapest. Passengers board in the evening, sleep in private rooms, and wake up refreshed in a new city, perfect for travellers who want to maximise sightseeing time without losing a day to travel.
Reimagining Overnight Travel
Co-founder Thibault Constant says, “Sleeping while a train gets you across Europe is a great concept. But today, beds are tight, cabins are shared with strangers, and it’s often pricier than flying. We want to change that.”
