From the endless sandy expanse of the Sahara, to the rugged, pastel-hued landscapes of the Atacama, the driest and most barren corners of the earth are some of its most beautiful, encompassing a wealth of spectacular and surprising terrain that will take your breath away, and make you feel as though you’re on a different planet.
For many, the thought of crossing a desert may seem like a nightmare, but for the adventurous traveller, such a trip is fascinating, and awe-inspiring experience, that few others can replicate.
The world’s driest desert is a rugged amalgam of truly awe-inspiring landscapes, encompassing, soaring volcanoes, endless salt flats, hot springs, and otherworldly, rocky valleys, filled with spectacular vistas and surprising encounters at every turn. A truly unique and fascinating place, the Atacama is perhaps the most beautiful of all the world’s deserts, and, thanks to the clear air and lack of light pollution, its skies, are some of the clearest and most spectacular on the planet.
Although most deserts can be visited year round, depending on their location, certain times of year offer better conditions than others. For example, the Atacama can be extremely cold in the winter and therefore the spring and summer months are the best times to visit, whereas the Danakil.
This depends, as different deserts can have very different conditions. African deserts such as the Sahara, Kalahari and Namib have a fairly stable year round climate, with hot daytimes, and cold nights, whereas others such as the Gobi and the Atacama vary seasonally.
Again this depends on the specific desert, though most require both hot and cold weather clothing and footwear that is suitable for hiking. Most tours will provide vital equipment such as sleeping/cooking gear and food, though this should be checked with the operator beforehand.

Excellent service from start to finish. I booked the National 3 Peasks challenge in 24 hours. i had regular communication from Rob and the team prioe to the event checking in on my progress, which really spurred me on as well as a helpful fitness plan i has to folow. For the challenge itself Rob and Tim really helped put the group at ease, and was very encouraging. Such a credit to business. i would not hesitate at all in recommending bookitlist to friends and family and will define use again in the future. Thank you for pushing me to finish the challenge!

A Jordanian marvel, carved into the sandstone of the Red-Stone City. It's not only one of the 7th wonders, it's also equally beautiful when lit by candlelight after sunset.
The oldest of the 7 Wonders is an engineering miracle that is shrouded in equal parts historical significance and mystery.
Embark on this once in a lifetime experience to get up close and personal with some of the most incredible animals in their natural habitat.
