Turkish Town Is Taken Over As Livestock No Longer Sheepish

Samsun, a usually quiet part of Turkey, was invaded by a flock of roaming sheep.

Most of us are bored staying inside and it seems out mammalian friends feel the same. The sheep were seen stretching their legs and showing lockdown isn’t all baa-d.

Hundreds of wooly roamers were seen invading the Turkish town and the few who were on the streets at the time must have had a pretty strange experience being outnumbered by sheep 100 to 1.

Ewe (ba-dum-tsch) would’ve thought we were in a dystopian future where mankind had left Earth, only for the livestock to repopulate the city.

India has seen wild cats that usually frequent the rural areas slowly find themselves in the city more often. Dolphins have been spotted swimming closer to surelines. Who knows what will be the next animal invasion.

It’s likely we won't get to see this happen again once the lockdown is over, so I guess we should enjoy the absurdity of it all whilst it lasts.
