Yes, for most courses the age limit is 18, however, True Ways also offers children’s courses aimed at 7 to 11 year olds, and Teen Survival Courses for ages 12 to 17 .

Yes, upon completion of the course, all participants are awarded a certificate.

Yes, courses include transport from a nearby train station/pick up point point. For international courses, flights/transport to the host country are not included, though in-country transport is covered.

Although Trueways Survival provide a number of specialist items for each course, participants are required to bring some basic items with them. For more details, check the ‘Equipment’ section under your course page of choice.

For all courses, food and accommodation is provided for the entire duration.
